I understand that a few of you have long miles scheduled for Saturday so Panera (park here) was selected so that you have a number of choices for routes. For the rest of us here are a couple routes that you may wish to consider: Panera route 1 and Panera route 2

7 am run start and 8:15 coffee start! ;)

Looks like rain at this time so come prepared, we run rain or shine!

Heading to the lakefront for the Lake Ave Run (aka the Towers Run)however since the parking ramp is now a pay ramp we will park 2 blocks to the south - at the Festival Hall parking lot - MAP HERE

Sorry for the delay in this email -- the week got away from me.

Well the weekend looks like it will be beautiful!! So lets get in a few miles before it gets to warm on Saturday.

August 6th Run

We might need a little shade so we are going to run the Cemetery Run this week.
