This weeks run: Start at my house and then run to the lighthouse. You won’t believe this, but this was the group’s selection (no kidding) although it lets me sleep in a bit longer. 465 Melvin Ave., the southeast corner of Melvin and Wisconsin. Melvin if the first stop light on Main Street north of the zoon. West two block from Melvin and Main.

Also, for a reason unknown to me Thai food is the next topic. A number of the women agreed to meet at the King and I Restaurant downtown Milwaukee for dinner. This is not limited to the runners so spouses etc. are welcome. Dinner is scheduled for Friday, April 3 at 6:00 PM. If you are going please email Kristin Fritz by Friday of this week and she will make reservations. Someone will supply exact directions to me before April 3. I have a pretty good idea where it is located and can drive there but hesitate to give specific directions.

Saturday's Run

Saturday: Cemetery Run. Remember to park in front of the shoe store and not the pharmacy.

7 AM as usual.

Soon the ground will dry and we can start hitting the bike trails again.

Prediction is sunny and a little warmer. Here’s hoping. This afternoon I was driving and listening to the ballgame. I nearly headed to the airport for a ticket to Phoenix to catch spring training but I had an appointment.
