Old route - different parking location

This week we plan on running Regency West so come on out BUT do not try ro park in the old location as there is now a business there and the parking lot is blocked off!

Therefore we will park at the beginning of the Culver's run - Park Here 

You'll have your choice of routes!!

Start time is the same as always, 7:00AM, and coffee will be at Panera

Saturday's Run/Walk

Two weeks ago, oppressive heat. Now we will be shivering.  Much better for running.

This week Culver’s Run.  Meet in the K-Mart parking lot near Culvers.  Coffee at Panera.

Next week, Panera Run (I will be at the Badger game so get Panera out of your system)

9/19 run

Picked in my absence (and what a heck of a game it was- double overtime and the good guys prevailed) something we haven't done in a long time: Culvers (park here). I would think coffee will be at Panera.

My youngest completed a 102.6 mile ultra this weekend. He tells me he was about to give it up at the 82 mile water stop, but after a rest and some fluids was talked into to finishing it because there was only 20 miles left. His mother is sane and practical so it must have come from me.
