Saturday’s run
Well, well, well it seems that a few people out there did quite well in the heat last Saturday. To paraphrase Jim L. we should have known that this race was going to be hot…Colleen was running it!!!
Congrats to everyone that participated in the Lighthouse run…please take a moment and provide us your personal results HERE and we will add them to the results tab.
This week we will start and finish at the Douglas Avenue Diner (park here) at 7am. The bike trail is open if you wish to run to the south…just avoid the signs. Here are a few routes to choose from:

This Saturday is Lighthouse!!
With this Saturday being the Lighthouse Run and the majority of us being there -- It only makes sense to say that this week's run will be the Lighthouse Run!!
Don't know if we will do coffee afterward but I do know that we will hang out on the square waiting for everyone to come in.

June 9th - Happy 10th Anniversary!

Well this weekend we celebrate 10 years of running -- Thank you Judd, Tom and Ralph!!
We will head to the South side of town for this week's run - Southside Bike Trail (park here)
