All right people, it is starting to get cold outside so I hope that you have washed your pants and coats because we are going to need them!!

This week's run will be the Panera Run: Route 1 or Route 2

Well we wanted to run Parkside but it looks like the next time the course is completely open is Nov 8th. I'm sure that we might be able to get on the course but since I do not know what time the event starts on Saturday...

We decided that the back up plan would be to run from Petrifying Springs the parking location is HERE

Here is the Parkside Road Route for you but as always you are free to run where you want!

Start time is the same: 7:00 am
