7:00 am - Waterford High School - Park Here

Suggested routes can be found here = Short Roch (4.2 Mi) and here = Long Roch (6.7 Mi) but the entire community is pretty easy to run.

Coffee will be at Bill and Steph's house (bring a chair just in case) please feel free to bring a dish to pass. The house is less than a mile from the school - 910 Meadowgate

Gauging Interest

To the executive committee that will not meet within this decade

Hey there, my name is Michael S____. I represent a small group of social service professionals/running enthusiasts in Lake County Illinois, and we are currently planning a marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k for some time in April of 2017. The idea of the marathon is to not only bring a spring event to northern Illinois, but also to benefit some good causes in the area. My job is to reach out to some of the running clubs not only in Illinois, but in southern Wisconsin as well, to see if there is any interest in such an event, whether in running, volunteering, or planning.

Good morning all!!

Looks like this weekend we will be hitting the trails...Parkside...7:00am.  (Park here)

If there is rain or you'd prefer to run the roads there are plenty to choose from as well.

As we have done in the past...there will be a Memorial Day run as well.

Monday 7:00am meet here and we will run the Oak Leaf Trail.  This is a paved bike trail for those that have not been on it.

Last year a few members of our group headed out on Memorial Day morning to do a little running…this year everyone wanted it back.

We plan on meeting at 7AM in Oak Creek…just north of Ryan Rd on Howell (park here). Please note that Hwy 38 is closed from Hwy K to the county line.
