Olympia Brown Run - We start on 5 1/2 Mile Rd and Charles -- Park Here

The standard route will be a simple out and back to the south - 5 1/2 mile road to 3 mile road -- Map here the alternate route will be up to 6 mile and over to Douglas Ave -- Map here.

Global Running Day!!! (and this week's run)

New Years Day Run

In years past we have run on New Year's Day so to start the year off with a few miles...now with New Year's Day being on a Friday and our regular run on Saturday you might be thinking "why not wait until Saturday...what's one more day?"

Do you really want to start off the New Year that way?

Neither do we.

Meet us at the Douglas Avenue Diner Friday at 8:00 am for a short run...and we will congregate at the Diner for coffee and breakfast (if you're so inclined) afterward.
