This week we plan on running Regency West so come on out BUT do not try ro park in the old location as there is now a business there and the parking lot is blocked off!

Therefore we will park at the beginning of the Culver's run - Park Here 

You'll have your choice of routes!!

Start time is the same as always, 7:00AM, and coffee will be at Panera

Run + Labor Day Run

Well it is hard to believe that Labor Day is here already but alas summer is winding down. Soon we will be looking for runs that have some fall colors.

Until then we will proceed as normal!

4/4/20 Run

Looks like we are going to be stuck a bit longer...

This week will offer 2 options:

1. For those that are interested we will do the Regency West Run - Park here - Route here -- Clearly there is NO COFFEE

2. Virtual Run -- go do your run on Saturday and post a pic on our Facebook page!

8/19/17 Run

Well it looks like the weather continues to be beautiful (for everything but running!!)

Let's run near the lake to stay as cool as we can.

Park View REGENCY WEST (park here) is where we will meet and we will run the Wrath of the Aged.

Well this weather looks more like spring than winter...so we are able to do a run that is usually off-limits during the winter months.
