We will be downtown at an old favorite: Lake Ave Run (FKA: The Towers Run)

At coffee we decided to run the Northside Bike trail to try to get it in before the snow flies....well it looks like we are doing this right on time as the weather forecast calls for snow on Saturday afternoon!!!

November 7th Run/Walk

Looks like we are in for cool temps and some wind on Saturday but it is fall so what else would we really expect?!?

I've been told that we are running the Cemetery Run this week. Route is here.
