With all this cold weather I'm sure that our selection of 90th St (West Lawn) -park here- will bring sleet and wind!! Alas that is what we are doing this week...lets hope for the best!

Wow is it cold out there!

This week we will be near the lake (it should be warmer on Saturday!) -- Lake Ave Run! Park here -- Route here

Coffee will be decided at the run -- we can try Ivanhoe's (full breakfast) or Red Onion (decisions, decisions!!)

Saturday Run!!

Looks like we are in for another cold snap on Saturday!

We will be running the Cemetery Run starting at 7:00 am for the bulk of us.
