August 29th Run/Walk

So this week we will do our only unnamed run...if you have a good name for this one please bring it to coffee!!

We will start on 5 1/2 Mile Rd and Charles -- Park Here

The standard route will be a simple out and back to the south - 5 1/2 mile road to 3 mile road -- Map here the alternate route will be up to 6 mile and over to Douglas Ave -- Map here.

Coffee will be at Mocha Lisa

Is there a standard route? Yes! Two of them Panera Route #1 & Panera Route #2

What time? 7:00 am (unless you plan to run more than an hour)

Coffee? Yes! 8:00 am right there at Panera

With cross country season right around the corner we thought it would be a good time to head on down to Parkside and either run the course or run in Petrifying Springs.
