This week -- Lighthouse Run

This week's run coincides with the annual Lighthouse run and since the majority of us will be participating -- This week is Race Time!!

Memorial Day Weekend!!

Two runs this weekend!!

 

Saturday we will run Regency West (route here), 7:00am...There is pleanty of parking here.  Coffee, as I'm sure you guessed, will be at Panera.

 

Monday is Memorial Day, so please take a little time out of your day to thank those that have served or continue to serve our country.

 

We will continue our Memorial Day tradition and meet at 7am here and run the Oak Leaf Trail.

 

I'm also excited to hear how Green Bay was!!  I hear someone got a PR!!!

Hope you all have had a chance to enjoy the weather.  This weekend looks to be slightly cooler but still very nice...great running weather!!

 

So we are heading down to Kenosha to run Parkside/Petrifying Springs. 7:00 am as usual and we will have coffee at Panera.
