July 11th run/walk

It is July, right?

With a limited group last week there seems to be a bit of confusion as to where this week's run will be....so I will go with the last one I was told (by someone who was there) and we can work it all out at coffee.

From discussion at coffee this last week it sounds like a few WILL be out for our regular Saturday morning run!!

This week's run

This Saturday the run will start from here and we will run the North-side Bike Trail. As always we will start our run at 7:00 am and plan to be back at the parking area around 8.

Coffee will be at Mocha Lisa.

June 20th - Race Day

This week the group will be running the Lighthouse Run. It did not appear that anyone was running an alternate to this so this will be our weekly run!

Good Luck! We will be meeting at the SW corner of 8th and Lake!

Looks like Saturday will be the coolest day this week!

We will head to the southside and run Regency West - Park here

Meet-up time is 7:00 AM
