Independence Day Run

From discussion at coffee this last week it sounds like a few WILL be out for our regular Saturday morning run!!

This week we will be running:

CNH Run - Park here - Route here

7:00 AM Start time

Coffee TBD (if they are open on the 4th Red Onion)

Warm summer run...

We will be running the Cemetery run - Park here

7:00 am - Route here

Coffee will be Red Onion if you are so inclined.

Fountain Run (FKA: Lake Ave Run, Dunn Brother Run, & Towers Run)

We will stay on the Northside....

Saturday we will be running the North-side Bike Trail (park here) at 7:00 am and for those that would like too...we will have coffee at Mocha Lisa.  

Weekly run AND Global Running DAY!!!!

This week we will head North and run the Power Run (Parking is here -- On 7 mile off of Douglas)

Coffee....for those interested......Mocha Lisa is open and we can sit outside however we will discuss this Saturday morning after I have had a chance to talk with the owner.

FYI: Did you know that the first Wednesday of June (TODAY, June 3, 2020!!), is Global Running Day? Why not head out and get a mile or two!!
