This Saturday, March 17th we will hit the trail to the west of Regency Mall – aptly named the Regency West Run.

For those that may not have heard…Melissa and Tim had their little boy on Saturday evening…I guess 2 runs in a day were too much for him to handle!! Let's all welcome Andrew John!!
