Well, well, well it seems that a few people out there did quite well in the heat last Saturday. To paraphrase Jim L. we should have known that this race was going to be hot…Colleen was running it!!!

This week we will start and finish at the Douglas Avenue Diner (park here) at 7am. The bike trail is open if you wish to run to the south…just avoid the signs. Here are a few routes to choose from:
