IRONMAN RACINE is next week! Please see Jim's email below!

Attn: ALL

I will be managing the (run) Aid Station for the Ironman Racine 70.3 again on Sunday July 17th. I will be doing this with The Prairie School Cross-Country team and I'm always looking for more volunteers. So if you're willing and able to help, even it's only for part of the day. I appreciate all of the extra help I can get. Feel free to share this with anyone, especially if there are parents with kids who need service hours. I can e-mail hours in or sign a form if needed. I will have some printed waivers with me so don't worry if someone doesn't get signed up online they can still help out.

If you get signed up online. I would appreciate it if you could let me know your T-shirt size and what hours you plan on working. Just so I can plan accordingly and make sure they have everyone's T-shirt for the morning of the event.

Plus the opportunity to cheer on Anne, Colleen, & Greg

Schedule & Volunteer AssignmentSunday, July 17Assignment: Run Aid Station #2
Location: North Main Street & Lighthouse Drive
(*This is the same location as prior years.)
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Volunteer Registration
I have attached a hard copy of the volunteer participation waiver to this email.  If it is easiest to have volunteers sign the hard copy of the waiver, that is fine with me.

If you'd prefer to have volunteers sign up online---and that is the easiest way to do it for me and you--here is the online sign-up link. Please cut-and-paste it into your browser.

Volunteers use the drop-down menu to select their group and assignment (i.e. Prairie CC: Run Aid #2) and fill out the registration information.

But, if you'd prefer the hard copies, please simply give me a list of all of the volunteers' names  who will be working each shift.

Volunteer Appreciation DinnerThis year's party---for all volunteers and their families--- is scheduled for:

Monday, July 18
6 p.m.
Festival Hall (5 Fifth St, Racine)

Dinner and drinks will be served, in addition to raffle prizes and some fun new features and surprises this year!!

Thanks again for all that you do to make this event such a great one in our community.
